Human Estrogen Receptor (ER) Assays PANEL | Includes ERα and ERβ.

This PANEL of Estrogen Receptors Reporter Assays utilizes non-human mammalian cells engineered to express distinct human ERα (NR3A1) and ERβ (NR3A2) proteins.  This PANEL contains sufficient materials to perform 48 ERα assays and 48 ERβ assays in 96-well plate format. The assay system is all inclusive, providing reporter cells for each ER, optimized cell culture medium, a medium for diluting test compounds, 17-β-estradiol control agonist, stable-glow luciferase detection reagent, detailed protocol, Protocol Quick Guide, and a cell culture-ready assay plate in strip-well format so that (if preferred) ERα and ERβ assays may be performed at different times. The kit is shipped on dry ice.
