INDIGO Biosciences introduces the newest additions to our growing product line of cell-based nuclear receptor assay systems. The new assays target human Estrogen Receptor beta, also known as ESR2, and the human Glucocorticoid Receptor (GR). These Reporter Assay Systems utilize non-human mammalian cells engineered to express human ESR2 or GR respectively. The cells are preserved using INDIGO’s proprietary CryoMite process, which provides for robust cells with greater than 95% viability post thaw and no need for cumbersome post-thaw processing to pellet cells, exchange media, calculate cell numbers or adjust cell-titer. Just Thaw, Feed, Dose, Read. It’s that simple. All of INDIGO’s complete Assay Systems feature or to spin down or adjust high signal-to-noise ratios, and excellent Z’ scores to enable sensitive screening of test compounds for agonist or antagonist activities for use in primary screening or secondary and toxicology screening.
